OPERATIONAL SCOPE OF WORK

Daily Operations
- Emptying of SHE bins and safe transportation of waste to the hospital's central waste storage area in strict accordance with Health Care Risk Waste (HCRW) regulations.
- Functionality checks and refilling of all hand soap, sanitizer, and paper towel dispensers.
- Maintenance of an immaculate, hygienic, and safe environment across all clinical and non-clinical zones.
Quality Assurance (QA) & Reporting
- Daily: Supervisor on-site inspections.
- Weekly: Digital audit reports compiled and submitted directly to hospital management for immediate review and corrective action tracking.
Bi-Weekly Maintenance
- Deep washing and chemical disinfection of all sanitary bins utilizing hospital-grade disinfectants.
Staffing & Specialized Training
- All on-site janitorial staff are fully equipped with appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Personnel are certified and routinely trained in Infection Prevention and Control (IPC), spill management, and proper waste segregation.
